We went with two other couples.Ĥ:00pm check-in: efficient, courteous, and professional. My wife and I stayed at Ocean Casino Resort, Atlantic City in November 2019. It was nice to see the casino and hotel running fully open. We didn’t win any money but we had a great time and can’t wait to go back. The casino floor has new slots and the smoking section was open but you didn’t even smell any smoke. We also ate at Rocco’s for pizza and subs. We had dinner at American Cut even though we didn’t have a reservation. The pool towels have been upgraded and the staff there was helpful and friendly. We planned on staying at the pool for a few hours the first morning, but it was so relaxing and they now have a bar with a server who walks around taking drink orders and a grill featuring things like fries, burgers, chicken tenders etc, that we stayed all day. They now have a 24 hour cafecinno in the lobby by the bar for quick sandwiches, desserts and snacks. Our room was beautiful and clean - no lines for the elevators. Check in was about a 45 min- 1 hour wait due to only 3 employees staffing the check in desk. We haven’t been back since July 2020 due to a horrible time due to Covid restrictions and elevator lines. We booked last minute for a 2 night stay.
